Trip results for Marsh Trail/Big Cypress and Kirby Storter have been posted. The trip bird was the Tree Swallow. While this is a common sighting, the sheer number of them was nothing short of amazing. Four huge stands of them were seen on Tamiami Trail between Big Cypress Bend Board walk and Kirby Storter. Our estimate of 17,000 was more than likely low. The photo below shows only a tiny number of the birds seen.
